Handyman repairs, the list you keep putting off

The jobs too small for a contractor and too annoying to keep living with. Most people get through their whole list in one visit.

Handyman in detail

What counts as a small job

Sticking doors, broken locks, rotten frames, draughts, holes in drywall, cracked plaster, water damage, laminate and vinyl plank, tile repairs, shelving, and the thing you have been meaning to sort out since spring. Send a photo by text and I will tell you what it takes.

One visit, whole list

It is usually cheaper to do six small things in one visit than six separate call-outs. One customer wrote: "I have done several small handyman jobs with Farshad and each and every time, he did great work." Another simply: "He was punctual each time, knowledgeable, and completed all tasks."

Drywall specifically

Holes, cracks and water damage, patched and sanded ready to paint. If the cause is still leaking I will tell you that before I close the wall up rather than after.
