Who you are actually hiring
When you call the number on this site, I answer it. I come and look at the job myself, I write the price down before I start, and I am the one who turns up on the day. There is no dispatcher, no sales visit, and nobody subcontracting your kitchen to a stranger.
The work runs from a sticking door to a bathroom stripped back to the studs. One customer had me in the house from December to September, finishing a room at a time, and ended with a new driveway. Another had three separate jobs in six weeks across two houses. That is the shape of most of it: people call me back.
I work in English and Farsi. I am licensed and insured, with $1,000,000 of liability cover. I clean up before I leave, which sounds like a small thing until you have hired somebody who does not.
